The Clouds Yoga Center provides classes to beginner and advanced yogis. Our certified teachers offer a large variety of yoga styles such as gentle yoga, power yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin yoga, restorative, etc.

Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga

The room is heated to about 90 degrees and this combined with a Vinyasa flow will warm you up inside and out. Be prepared to sweat it out in this class. You may find that your body is slightly more flexible because of the warm temperature. Knowledge of yoga postures and experience beneficial.  An active practice requiring a moderate level of fitness and stamina.

Pilates

Pilates

Our certified teachers offer Mat and Advanced Pilates. Both classes incorporates the authentic Pilates exercises that target the core, while lengthening and strengthening the abs, glutes, legs, arms and back for a total body workout that challenges all levels of fitness.

About Us

The Clouds Yoga Studio has grown from having 5 yoga teachers to having more than 20 teachers on our regular schedule and from 3 classes to 40+ classes per week. The Clouds Yoga Studio offers a multitude of special events, including Master Classes, Workshops, Pre-Natal classes, etc., frequently throughout the year. Our Teachers have many and varied certifications and have studied both at home and abroad to receive these certifications. We offer classes in Yin Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Baptiste Yoga, Amrit Yoga, from teachers with 200 to 500 hour certifications and hundreds of hours of teaching experience. Come to The Clouds and experience the Southeast’s premier yoga program.
