Meet Cory Stark - Personal Trainer

Cory Stark is a highly motivated, physically fit Green Beret. He competes in the NPC (National Physique Committee) as a men's physique competitor seeking to turn professional. He has been part of the U.S. Army Special Forces since 2003. Wherever you are at in your fitness level, it is Cory's mission to motivate & guide you to meet your goals and have the body you've always wanted!

SUP Yoga Series in the Pool

Stand Up Paddleboard brings fun and freedom to our earth-bound yoga practice. This multi-level class starts with simple board instructions followed by a 50-minute gentle asana sequence.

Session is 60 minutes. Limited to 6 full-time participants plus 1 drop-in. Sign up at The Club desk prior to date.

Drop in anytime between 10:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m. to try our Stand Up Paddleboards!

Prospective students can try out a board in the pool, find their balance and explore a few guided yoga poses. All are welcome to stop by for any length of time during demo hours.

NOW OFFERING BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU, BROUGHT TO YOU BY DEVINE JIU JITSU! Brazilian Jiu Jtitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches you how to defend yourself by using leverage and proper technique. The classes use traditional Jiu Jitsu form & discipline, stemming directly from the founders of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Taught by certified instructor Charlie Moore. Be a part of the worldwide martial arts movement!
