The ancient Chinese practice of tai chi combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. This practice promotes flexibility, stamina, posture, coordination, balance, strength, and mind/body focus. It is best to attend all classes in this series, as each class will build on the last one.

Stand Up Paddleboard brings fun and freedom to our earth-bound yoga practice. This multi-level class starts with simple board instructions followed by a 50-minute gentle asana sequence.
Session is 60 minutes. Limited to 6 full-time participants plus 1 drop-in. Sign up at The Club desk prior to date.
Drop in anytime between 10:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m. to try our Stand Up Paddleboards!
Prospective students can try out a board in the pool, find their balance and explore a few guided yoga poses. All are welcome to stop by for any length of time during demo hours.
