A practice designed to support expecting moms emotionally and physically, help them move and tone their bodies, as well as preparing them for labor by using breath and meditation.

Mandy Miller has grown her passion for pregnancy and babies into a bouncing business. Over the years Mandy has garnered such titles as Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist, Labor Doula and Childbirth Educator. She uses her knowledge from her experience in the labor room to help moms prepare for the journey ahead.
